Dissenting Molotov Cocktail

The Lavender Molotov Cocktail is our signature mark, denoting our belief that the ability to dissent is necessary and good to achieve equitable change. And if we must call upon our rights to demonstrate and protest to demand such change for the intersections of our society we should seek to do so. It is our opinion that the Lavender Menaces of the U.S. feminist movements would agree, and this is our modern day symbol for that fight.

While we don’t condone the use of violence as the first method to achieve change, we recognize that nearly every revolution has required it as a means for the oppressed to gain the freedom for which they were willing to die.
